Of the beautiful memories,

I shared with you

I do know I would miss our smiles

That one day all shall fade

Ready or not, we do leave

I do know I would be here one day

Without you to hold when I’m scared

And my war with life would have a new phase

I do know I would miss your song

That my ears will be dead to new tunes

For yours was pure and true

But soon, was too soon to bear

I do know I would miss our fights

Which you lose so I could win

Only to smile and say; you’re my granny too

But soon, was too soon to bear

I do know I would miss our class

When you say; take small from,

the more and give more from the small

But soon, was too soon to bear

I do know you so desire to go

If only it meant I do stay behind

As happy you do be that I live on happily

But soon, was too soon to bear

I do know you have done your best

And I will one day have to face this test

To see the sun without seeing you first

But soon, was too soon to bear

I do know it will end one day

And who am I to question

Fate gives, and fate takes

But soon, was too soon to bear

I do know we do meet again

So if I smile, I do save many for you

For no smile was so sincere than yours

But soon, was too soon to bear

So I do write hence,

with tears of joy and pain

Of beautiful moments, no more

For life is just a fleeting beauty
